I have worked for a number of years with alternative therapies and more recently with hypnotherapy and mindfulness. Using these therapies can create an all round positive and kind approach to life.

At Countingsheeptherapy, I use a personalized approach to hypnotherapy, tailoring each session to your needs and goals. As a certified and registered hypnotherapist I use proven techniques to help you to overcome a variety of issues, including anxiety, weight management, smoking cessation, sleep issues and much more.
My approach to hypnotherapy is holistic and integrative, incorporating elements of mindfulness, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and other evidence-based practises.
I also offer Mindfulness therapy which can help with day to day life, stress, negative or unhelpful thoughts and anxiety. This therapy also runs alongside hypnotherapy nicely when addressing issues involving stress, anxiety and low self esteem.
I also offer Reflexology to help you with all round health benefits. This holistic therapy involves applying pressure on your feet using specific zones/pathways to help treat physical symptoms such as a neck or shoulder pain/discomfort by unblocking the corresponding zones in the feet.
